🔼 If you need urgent medical care, transportation, repatriation, guardian approval, or assistance in the event of liability, contact the assistance service immediately.
🔼 In the event of cancellation of a trip or flight, first contact the airline or travel agency and request a refund.
🔼 Report the delay, loss or theft of luggage to the relevant carrier within the specified time limit and follow his instructions.
🔼 Always report money, passport or personal belongings theft to the police immediately and request an official written report. In case of loss of the passport, inform the relevant embassy.
